Need A Sugary Chocolate Fix.
These gooey, loaded with dark chocolate vegan choc chip cookies will do the trick! 😋
Going plant based doesn’t mean you have to miss out on life’s simple pleasures.
If you’ve been following my posts, a lot of our everyday eats can easily be made vegan and they taste just as good, if not, BETTER. And these chocolate chip cookies are one of those things I’m talking about!
Sweet, gooey and chocolatey as your normal choc chip except without the added milk or sugars normally found in milk chocolate.
Dark Chocolate health benefits
Yes, you heard me right! A small piece of dark chocolate a day can lower your risk of heart disease, improves blood flow & brain functions. Dark chocolate can also aid weight loss, diabetes and mood too.
With so many good benefits, dark chocolate has got to be one of my favourite sweet treats to snack on.
One bite of the bitter yet sweet, deep flavour of the silky dark chocolate and bam, instant satisfaction. Mmmmmmm So good.
And if I’m after something a little more decadent or morsal, I’ll bake up a batch of these cookies to dunk in my coffee or in my kids case, their almond milk :).
Only takes 15 mins to prep and 10 mins in the oven, and you’ve got yourself an all time favourite, gooey, egg & dairy free, chocolatey, choc chip cookie.
Choc chip cookies with a cup of coffee, just the perfect combo to end this lovely day.
