This is a spicy, healthy, caffeine free beverage, full of anti inflammatory, antioxidants, immune system boosting and detoxing benefits. Best thing you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to boil

  2. Stirring continuously with a whisk till boiled

  3. Serve with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top

Recipe Notes

You can add, maple syrup or other syrup as a alternative sweetener or take it out all together.

You can also make this using the frother in your coffee machine.

I put all the ingredients in the frothing jug. Then using the steam function begin to heat and froth the milk up.

Be sure to stir the milk in between heating to insure spices is evenly mixed in.
