  • 1 cup Medjool Dates
  • 1 cup Dried Apricot
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbs Flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Ginger Crystal
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Coconut & Sesame Seed Coating

  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds


  1. Put dates and apricot into food processor and blitz till course texture

  2. Then add remainder ingredients and blitz till combined and smooth

  3. Scoop a tbsp of mixture and roll mixture into a ball between the palms of your hands

  4. Protein balls can be eaten as is or you can drop them in a bowl of mixed desiccated coconut and sesame seed coating

Recipe Notes

You can make mixture a bit thicker (pulse instead of blitz) if you prefer a crunchier texture. 

Use wet hands to easily roll the balls without them sticking to you

This mixture can be made into slices. Simply pour mixture into a lined brownie pan, let it set in the fridge before cutting into evenly slices.

Store protein balls in a air tight container
