This gooey, loaded with dark chocolate vegan choc chip cookie will do the trick

Ingredients

  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 200 grams soft brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut oil melted
  • 120 mil almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups plain flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 200 gram vegan choc chip
  • 200 grams dark chocolate chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixer, combine sugar, salt and oil together.

  2. Then add milk and vanilla extract and continue mixing.

  3. Then on low, add flour, baking soda and baking powder until dough forms.


  4. Then add both chocolate and mix till evenly combined.

  5. With a cookie scoop, spoon cookie dough onto lined backing tray and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 min at 180C (356F).

  6. Let cookies cool completely before devouring! Yum.
